The Wales Mental Health and Wellbeing Forum Conference is coming to north Wales in June 2025! This event is an opportunity to bring together people with lived experience of mental health issues, professionals, carers, friends and family for a day of conversation, collaboration and co-production.
The theme of this year's event is "Involving lived experience with co-production". Our keynote speaker is Tom Fitzsimons, an author, inspirational speaker and former ultra-marathon runner. Tom became an alcoholic aged 13 and lived with addiction for over 20 years. After becoming sober in 2007, he has completed a number of long-distance running events to raise awareness of alcoholism and mental health, including crossing the Sahara desert and running from San Francisco to New York.
This conference is free to attend and open to anyone with experience of mental health services, including professionals, service users, family and friends. Spaces are limited so reserve your place today!
