Introducing a digital toolkit that empowers people with learning disabilities to discuss, share and plan where and how to live.

Hosted by Practice Solutions we have designed this event to connect professionals in health and social care with the tools that can make a real difference in their work, and with the people they support. You’ll have the opportunity to hear directly from the founder of "Where i want to live" about the inspiration behind the tool and its mission to empower people by giving them greater control over decisions made about them. Whether you’re supporting people with disabilities or complex home lives, this tool offers a practical solution that can enhance your services and outcomes.
