Bydd ein gweithdy ar-lein Gwella Gyda’n Gilydd yn canolbwyntio ar Wasanaethau Cymunedol Iechyd Corfforol a Meddwl Oedolion ym Mhowys a byddwn yn gofyn am eich barn ar rai senarios/ffyrdd penodol o weithio yn y dyfodol a’r ffordd orau a’r hyn sydd bwysicaf i chi wrth wneud penderfyniadau am y rhain.

Our Better Together online workshop will be focused on Adult Physical and Mental Health Community Services in Powys. We will be seeking your views on some specific scenarios and ways of working in the future, and on how best and what’s most important to you when reaching decisions about these.
