Wales Mental Health and Wellbeing Forum Conference 2026

The Wales Mental Health and Wellbeing Forum Conference is coming back to Cardiff for 2026. This event is an opportunity to bring together people with lived experience of mental health issues, professionals, carers, friends and family for a day of conversation, collaboration and co-production.

This year, the conference will tackle the issues around stigma. We have a jam-packed schedule including keynotes, presentations and breakout groups.
