Cancellation Policy: To cancel, email praguefemtours@pm.me with your order number. Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the tour. 50% refund if cancelled 7 to 3 days before. No refund if cancelled less than 72 hours before (unless force majeure).

Delay Policy: Guide waits 15 min; late guests after 15 min considered no‑show (non‑refundable)
