Trading at Pre79 aircooled VW & Porsche show:

Set up: Traders need to be set up and ready to trade when the show opens at 10am. No vehicle movement after 10am. Set up on either Saturday between 10am and 530pm, or Sunday between 630am and 10am. All traders should leave the venue no earlier than 4pm and later than 7pm.

Insurance: All traders must have current third party insurance for all risks whilst attending the event and imdemnify the organisers against all claims, damages or expenses however caused. The completed booking form shall be deemed as confirmation by the trader that the necessary insurance cover has been obtained.

Health and safety: All exhibitors must have regard to Health and Safety matters and should have a risk assessment in place.

Notes:
All pitches are 4m deep with space for a vehicle behind.
No tables etc provided.

You are able to sleep in a van but there are no sleeping in tents allowed in the trade / show field.

No trading on Saturday evening other than food vendors.
