Pre79 FOOD TRADERS

Trading at Pre79 aircooled VW & Porsche show:

Set up: 
Saturday traders setup is from 10am to 1pm. No vehicle movement after 1pm in show area as the entertainment will be in progress.

Sunday traders need to be set up and ready to trade when the show opens at 10am. No vehicle movement after 10am.
Set up on Saturday before 7pm, or Sunday between 7am and 10am. All traders should leave the venue no earlier than 4pm and no later than 7pm on the Sunday.

Insurance: All traders must have current third party insurance for all risks whilst attending the event and imdemnify the organisers against all claims, damages or expenses however caused. The completed booking form shall be deemed as confirmation by the trader that the necessary insurance cover has been obtained.

Health and safety: All exhibitors must have regard to Health and Safety matters and should have a risk assessment in place.

Notes:
All pitches are 10m deep including all trader vehicles. Any other vehicles will need to be parked in general parking at the end of the trade area.
No tables etc provided.
If generators are used they must be of the silent type.

You are able to sleep in a van but there are no sleeping in tents allowed in the trade / show field.
