Understanding neurodiversity (the umbrella term which refers to individuals who behave, think and learn differently to those who are "neurotypical") is really important for employers. All of the research suggests that neurodiverse individuals can bring a lot to a workplace but they are often misunderstood and that could lead to them being subjected to unfair and discriminatory treatment. Knowing how to support your neurodiverse staff and knowing what not to do is vital.

In this session we'll give you the groundworks to get things spot on to create a supportive and inclusive environment so your neurodiverse staff can thrive.
