Uniting Real Estate for Pride

Join us for an evening of queer cabaret, drinks, and nibbles as 12 of the UK's largest real estate businesses come together, celebrate and unite in support of our LGBTQIA+ community during Pride Month.

Following the success of the Pride in Property fundraiser last summer, 12 of the UK’s largest real estate firms; Berkeley Group, British Land, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, CWG, Grosvenor, JLL, Knight Frank, Lendlease, Related Argent, Savills and The Crown Estate are once again coming together during Pride Month to celebrate LGBTQIA+ diversity within the real estate industry. This event embodies the pillars of collaboration, celebration, and community, while raising money for key LGBTQIA+ charities.

Switchboard

Founded in 1974, Switchboard is the national LGBTQIA+ Support Line, ensuring that no matter where you are in the UK, and no matter where you are in your journey, you have someone to speak to about whatever is on your mind.
Our team of over 400 volunteers, all identifying within the LGBTQIA+ community, handle over 17,000 conversations every year, and that number is only growing. Each conversation costs us roughly £16, and so your support with this event will ensure we can continue to be there for the community.

Freehold LGBT+

Freehold LGBT is a prominent networking forum in the UK for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBTQ+) professionals working within the real estate and wider built environment sector. Launched in 2011, it aims to address the equality gap for the LGBTQ+ community in an industry that has historically lagged in diversity and inclusion.
With over 1,500 members, Freehold provides a supportive and safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals to connect, share experiences, and advance their careers. They host regular events, offer mentorship opportunities, and provide resources to support professional development and foster inclusivity within real estate firms. Freehold plays a crucial role in raising the profile of LGBTQ+ professionals, promoting diversity, and advocating for a more accepting and equitable built environment sector across the UK.
