Beautifully crafted Gongs, Bowls, Shamanic Drums and many more delights will draw you effortlessly into dreamy, creative states between sleep and deeply relaxed awareness - the alpha & theta states - where the mind and body can properly rest and recuperate.

NO MOBILE PHONES - If you do bring one, please switch it off and hand it in to be put safely in an anteroom.
NO PERFUMES/ ESSENTIAL OILS due to allergy.
NO SLEEPING BAGS as they are too noisy!

Do bring!
A COMFY MAT AND SOFT WARM BLANKETS/ FLEECES OR DUVET (for under you as well as the floor can be chilly)
EYEMASK and WATER.
Or you're welcome to sit in a chair and bring a cushion & blanket!

Arrival: The venue is the hall to the left of the church. Allow time to park as it gets busy!

Doors open 7pm & are locked at 7.15pm. No entry after this time.

Cancellation: Sorry, no refunds, but you can pass your ticket on to a friend and let me know their name.
