*You don't need a strong or 'good' voice! It is simply creating healing vibrations within our bodies using our breath & vocal chords. Our beautiful chant practices:

Wrap yourself up and let Sarah's magical soundbaths take you deeper into your healing experience. Sarah is a professional percussionist who uses her skills to create multi-layered sound textures, guiding you expertly into the optimum states for healing and renewal.

Beautifully crafted Gongs, Shamanic Drums and many more healing instruments will draw you effortlessly into dreamy, creative states between sleep and deeply relaxed awareness - the alpha & theta states - where the mind and body can properly rest and recuperate.

Regular soundbaths are invaluable for relieving stress, sleep problems, anxiety, depression and chronic pain issues, and for deep meditation/ journey experiences for those wishing to explore and expand their inner awareness. An ancient practice that has seen a huge resurgence!

* For 18yrs + 
* Not advised during pregnancy, for those with pacemakers or with serious or dissociative mental health issues, or for sound-induced epilepsy. Bring earplugs if you have hearing sensitivity. 

PLEASE DON'T BRING:
NO MOBILE PHONES - If you bring one, it must be switched off and handed in to be put safely in an anteroom.
NO PERFUMES/ ESSENTIAL OILS due to allergy

DO BRING:

• Water for chanting & cushion for chair comfort
• A COMFY MAT AND SOFT BEDDING for under you as well as the floor can be chilly. (You are also welcome to sit in a chair.)
• No sleeping bags as they are too noisy! Soft blankets, fleeces & duvets please.
  
• Eyemask if you wish.

ARRIVAL:
Venue is the hall to the right of the church. Allow time to park as it gets busy! And please park considerately for residents.

DOORS OPEN FOR 15 MINS!
Chanting/ Whole event: Doors open 3.45pm, no entry after 4pm
Soundbath: Doors open 5.15pm, no entry after 5.30pm


Cancellation: Sorry, no refunds, but you are welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend and let me know their name.
