Songs of the Harvest Moon

Join the singers of Pro Coro Canada for an evening of autumnal explorations. We travel across musical periods and hear from Romantic masters like Brahms and Mendelssohn, to living composers, talking about all things Fall. Program highlights include Veljo Tormis Nine Estonian Harvest Songs, a collection of old tunes from across the Baltics arranged into exquisite choral miniatures as well as excerpts from Dale Trumbore's A Calendar of Light, a poignant reflection on the changes of the autumn season.
