The Book of Psalms is an anthology of hymns about thanksgiving, songs of praise, and laments. In this concert, we wonder what our songs, the songs of Edmonton, would sound like.
Join us in exploring some of our local stories, gritty narratives and joyful observations, coming from the downtown back alley and blossoming river valley. It is undeniable that there will be a steampunk element to our Psalms.
Our partner Naheyawin joins us also for this concert to provide Indigenous perspectives and parallels on our theme.
