Need help?
Join us for a day of natural dyeing at Production Mode!
Master dyer Amy Taylor will be leading a small group (8 ppl max) through the basics of shibori and natural dyeing.
Participants will be provided with their choice of a 100% organic cotton t-shirt, scarf, or hat blank from All We Remember, a Chicago-based, responsibly made, gender neutral clothing line.
Amy will demonstrate different methods to dye our blanks, using shibori techniques and natural indigo dye.
This workshop is intended to be fun and relaxing, while introducing you to the art of shibori and natural dyeing. Come out to learn new skills AND leave with a lovely one of a kind garment, hand dyed by you to keep or gift! Drinks (cocktails & NA options) and light snacks will be provided.
We'll be hosting a trunk show by All We Remember that day as well--come early or stay afterwards to meet AWR designer Jacob Victorine, shop their line, and meet fellow natural dye and slow fashion friends!
