Playground Gathering 2025

We hereby warm heartedly invite you to an extended weekend of connection, expression and inspiration, curated by the members of Project Playground, filled with life and love by you.

We are a family of friends – a creative ecosystem and community, bringing together souls from all walks of life and corners of the world.

Project Playground is our annual reunion – a space where friends and friends of friends come together and become one extended family.

Join us for our 3rd celebration and reunion, where ecstasy is balanced with well-being and mindfulness, where souls meet and hearts align. The five-day journey will be filled with (live) music, culinary delights, workshops, parties, spa access and more.

At Playground, we invite each individual to step into their fullest potential, providing a welcoming space for self-expression, grounded in love, respect and acceptance.

We invite you into our space because we believe TRUST, RESPECT and LOVE are some of our shared values. We trust you too will add your unique colours to our shared canvas.

Co-Creation

We believe in the power of collective creativity for co-creation. ‍Participation is at the heart of the Project Playground experience, where the curation and production of our immersive experiences are the result of the talents and passions of our community members.

As part of our community ethos and "gifting lifestyle," we kindly ask each individual to participate in a 2-hour helper shift. This is a wonderful opportunity to build connections and deepen your sense of community. By contributing together, we hope you will find something meaningful that enhances our unique collective experience. Please sign up for your shifts during ticket purchase. Additionally, we encourage receiving innovative artistic contributions, please check the artist call if interested.

Your participation fee* includes:

• Full access to the 5-day event at the castle and its surrounding property & nature

• On-site camping or dorm accommodation (private rooms are available as an upgrade)

• Brunches & Dinners with locally sourced vegetarian and vegan food - to fuel your body with quality and nutritious meals, starting with our family-inspired opening dinner on Thursday. Enjoy rich and nourishing brunches every day from Friday to Monday, and carefully selected dishes in the evening on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

• Non-alcoholic drinks (water, soft drinks, etc.)

• Full SPA access: 2 saunas, hot tub & cold tub

• Music and art program

• All available workshops

• Lots of space and nature on the property

• Access to our private online community-portal to connect all year round, leveraging the network and strengthening our bond

* Your contribution helps us cover the festival’s expenses — we do not make a profit.

Cost & Payment

While we strive to make Project Playground an experience that is accessible and affordable for all, though run by the help of volunteers, there are, however, costs that need to be covered. As such, we offer various options to help those who cannot make the full financial commitment.

1. Several payment options/ instalments via Klarna to spread out the costs 

2. For your stay at Playground, we offer a range of room categories at different pricing tiers, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your preferences.

3. 50% discounted supporter tickets for 244€, which include a 14-hour helper shift and/or an exchange for artistic skills and contributions across various areas for example, we are looking for help in: bar management, craftsmen, technicians, production set up and dismantle, DJs, artists, workshop leaders, speakers, drivers, and many more roles.
