Hosted by Promised Cask, the London-based fine wine merchant bringing Cas'Amaro to the UK.

Join us at Arros QD in Fitzrovia for an evening that traces a line across Portugal, one glass at a time. Paired with a bespoke set menu, we'll pour five wines spanning the full breadth of the country. Five genuinely different climates, soils, and wine styles in a single sitting.

The wines are all from Cas'Amaro, a Portuguese wine project with five estates, one in each of the country's major wine regions, making its London debut with this dinner. A representative from the winery will be with us on the night to walk us through each pour.

The food comes from Arros QD, the celebrated Fitzrovia restaurant of acclaimed chef Quique Dacosta, whose restaurants collectively hold seven Michelin stars. Rooted in the Valencian Mediterranean tradition, Arros QD offers one of the UK's most distinctive takes on wood-fired paella and open-grill cuisine. The team has designed a bespoke set menu paired thoughtfully to the wines:

The evening: Arrival from 7:00pm. Seated dinner from 7:30pm. We expect to finish around 10:30pm.

Booking: Tickets are £120 per person and include all five wines and the full set menu. Dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please let us know at info@promisedcask.com at least 7 days before the event.

Cancellation policy: Full refund up to 7 days before the event, 50% refund up to 48 hours before, no refund after that. You're welcome to transfer your booking to another guest at any time. Just email info@promisedcask.com.
