Screening "The Present" and Penpal Collective

We invite you along to 

Neilston Church Hall 

on 8th March 

2.30-4.30pm 

for a screening of "The Present" a film from 2020 about the West Bank.

"On his wedding anniversary, Yusef and his young daughter set out in the West
Bank to buy his wife a gift. Between soldiers, segregated roads and checkpoints,
how easy would it be to go shopping?"

The film is only 23 minutes long and there will be plenty of time for post-screening discussion.

We will have crafts for children with art prompts from the Penpal Collective.  Children and young people will have an opportunity to make artwork which will be shared with children in Palestine via the Gaza Collective. 

The film is certificate 12 so we will have the other hall open for children with art materials.

We will have drinks and home baking available.

This event is FREE but we warmly encourage you to pop a donation in, we will be collecting for PCRF  Palestine Children's Relief Fund www.pcrf.net
