Save a Life - Supporting People at Risk of Suicide

Save a Life Dundee is a full-day suicide prevention course designed to increase confidence, knowledge and skills to support people who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts or emotional distress. The course focuses on practical, compassionate responses and understanding how to act if you are concerned about someone’s safety, including suicide safety planning.
