We have space for a team of 40 (36 riders and 4 Support crew) to take part in this Coast to Coast Cycle Event with the aim of raising sponsorship in aid of the MCF and our future 2032 Festival.

The cost for each participant is £240.00, payable in 3 equal instalments. For that sum you will be provided with transport for you, your bike and your gear to the start line in Whitehaven, 2 nights bed-and-breakfast accommodation (Travelodge twin rooms on a sharing basis), baggage transfer between the stops and a commemorative cycle top.

Booking for the event will be strictly on a first come first served basis. A waiting list will be available for those who are unsuccessful in case of any cancellations or withdrawals.

Successful applicants will receive an email with payment instructions. The Deposit payment is required within 28 days. Failure to pay within that period will result in withdrawal of the place as this will be offered to anyone on the wait list, again on a first come basis.
