Durham Masonic Cycling’s 2025 event! In Aid of

THE NORTH EAST COASTAL RIDE

Dates: Friday 5^th September 2025 to Sunday 7^th September 2025

Event: Sponsored Cycle Ride

Route: Spurn Head on the Humber Estuary to Hartlepool, Co. Durham via Bridlington and Whitby. Approximately 150 miles.

Suitability: Suitable for all - novice to experienced cyclists

We have space for a team of 40 (36 riders and 4 Support crew) to take part in this years North Coast Sponsored Ride Event with the aim of raising sponsorship in aid of the TLC - Teddies for Loving Care.

The cost for each participant will again be £240.00, payable in 3 equal instalments.

For that sum you will be provided with:

• Transport for you, your bike and your gear to the start line
• 2 nights bed-and-breakfast accommodation (twin rooms sharing)
• Baggage transfer between the stops and,
• A commemorative cycle top.

Booking for the event will open on Saturday 15^th February 2025 at 9am and will be strictly on a first come first served basis, via Ticket Tailor.

A waiting list will be in place in case of cancellations.

Bookings are only confirmed on payment of a non-refundable deposit of £80 to be paid by Saturday 22^nd February 2025. Further payments will then be due by 26^th April 2025 and 26^th July 2025.
