In Aid of The Durham 2032 Festival - Supporting - The Heel & Toe Children's Charity

Dates: Friday 4^th September 2026 to Sunday 6^th September 2026

Event: Sponsored Cycle Ride

Route: Chester Le Street Masonic Centre to Edinburgh via Alnwick and Berwick. Approximately 160 miles.

Suitability: Suitable for all - novice to experienced cyclists

We have space for a team of 40 (36 riders and 4 Support crew)

To take part in the Coast & Castles North ride event, in aid of the Durham 2032 Festival and the Heel & Toe Children’s Charity.

The cost for each participant will be £270.00 payable in 3 equal instalments.

For that sum you will be provided with:

• 2 nights bed-and-breakfast accommodation (twin rooms sharing)
• Baggage transfer between the stops
• A commemorative cycle top.
• Coach Transport back to the start point

Booking for the event will open on Sunday 15^th February 2026 at 9am and will be strictly on a first come first served basis, via Ticket Tailor.

A waiting list will be in place in case of cancellations.

Bookings are only confirmed on payment of a non-refundable deposit of £90 to be paid by Saturday 1^st March 2026. 

Further payments will then be due by 29^th May 2026 and 31^st July 2026.
