Membership is perhaps the greatest issue facing us as an organisation and many of us have been looking out for ideas and opportunities for growth, for furthering enjoyment of the Craft and developing our members.

The Members’ Pathway is a resource developed by Grand Lodge to help you in a practical way on your journey to achieving your goals. Are you looking for new members? Are you looking to make your meetings more attractive? Have you taken the time to stop as a lodge and self-reflect on where you are now?

IF NOT then the Members’ Pathway is for you.

The Engagement Team of the Province comprising Mentoring, Learning and Development, The Provincial Grand Stewards Lodge and the Communications Team have been working to put together a Zoom Webinar to introduce the Pathway and its basic concepts. We do not have all the answers and so we want to hear your stories about what has worked for you and what you have done to help “Grow Your Lodge and Attract New Members”. We are also interested in your feedback as to how we can help you achieve your goals.

There will be Webinars held across the Province. The content of each will be the same but the discussions after the presentations may vary thus helping us all to learn from various practices which are taking place.

All the Webinars will commence at 19.00 and the dates are

Thursday 9th June 2022

Friday 10th June 2022

It is expected that at least one of your Brethren/Companions will attend to feed back to the Lodge or Chapter. The purpose of the Webinars is to explain why and how the Member’s Pathway came about and to explain the various concepts within the Pathway to support you.

Due to the limitations of the Zoom account, there is a maximum capacity of 100 attendees at any meeting so to facilitate the numbers we have split the meeting into the four areas of the Province. You are not however confined to attending only the Webinar set up for your area therefore you can register on any of the four dates

The format of the evening is that there will be a 20 minute presentation by the Provincial Grand Stewards Lodge Learning and Development Team covering,

The Hub,

The Lodge Membership Team,

Where you can make a start with Lodge Planning and

next steps.

During the presentation, please think about the questions you would like to ask. The presentation will be followed by a question and answers session lasting up to an hour and, we will try to answer questions as best we can.
