His work has given him a cross-sector perspective on the challenges organizations face when trying to connect internal priorities with the needs of the communities around them.
Drawing on his experience in place-based work, organizational strategy, and community engagement, Kevin brings a practical, systems-oriented approach to helping organizations strengthen relationships, expand opportunity, and create measurable value. His work focuses on moving community engagement from something organizations do to something they strategically use to improve their people, operations, and long-term success.
