Hear from experts across music and broadcast, network with your PRS community, discover funding opportunities and learn how to get paid royalties.


Join us on 11 May at IET London  (2 Savoy Place, WC2R OBL) to help propel your music career forward through a range of workshops and panels. Pose your questions in a dedicated Q&A or book a 121 on the day if your query is specific to your membership.

Running Order

12.30pm: Trade fair (Haslett and Marconi)

Collect your lanyard with all the info for the day and then check out the trade fair, featuring our charities: PRS Members’ Fund and PRS Foundation, plus Musicians Union, PPL, and Featured Artists Coalition.



1pm: Welcome and Q&A with PRS Leadership Team (Kelvin Lecture Theatre)


Hear from CEO Andrea Czapary Martin about PRS’s future and then pose your questions to the leadership team.



2:15pm: Mapping the music industry (Maxwell Library)


Learn how to navigate the music industry as we follow the journey of a musical work, from writing and funding through to getting paid royalties.



2:50pm: Funding your music (Maxwell Library)


Discover what funding and opportunities are on offer to help push your music career forward.



2:30pm: Annual General Meeting (Kelvin Lecture Theatre)


Members’ Council Chair, Julian Nott and PRS Members’ Council President, Crispin Hunt will reflect on the past year and look to the future. Voting members will then vote on the resolutions that shape how your society is run.



3.40pm: Beyond the Hardship: Members’ Fund and Standing Tall (Maxwell Library)


A new partnership supporting music creators struggling with housing in London.



4pm: PRS Explores… the future of the BBC (Kelvin Lecture Theatre)


Senior figures from the BBC give us insight into the corporation’s plans over the next decade, from their steadfast support for the creative industries to continuing to serve the licence-fee-paying public.



4.50pm: In Conversation with…


Respected songwriters unpack the process behind their work and share insights for nurturing creative collaboration.



5.30-7pm: Networking


Connect with your fellow music creators over drinks and canapes.
