NORDIC BREATHWORK – PSYCHEDELIC WEEK
As part of Psychedelic Week, the Swedish Psychedelic Society invites you to a Nordic-themed breathwork session in the unique atmosphere of Andetag Museum. The session will be guided by Filippa Bätjer and John Folkesson.
Through rhythm, presence, and breath, you will journey inward. The session is inspired by the raw power of Nordic nature, with rhythms that help you remember.
Using circular breathing patterns and pauses, combined with powerful music, we create space to release emotions. You may experience both physical and emotional sensations such as joy, laughter, tears, or anger. By allowing ourselves to express these feelings, we open the door to a more authentic presence and an increased quality of life.
Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Come as you are, leave with body and mind in harmony.
