PD Sessions: Leading inclusive services
From walls of text online to inaccessible physical service spaces - nearly every aspect of a service has the potential to exclude users, and often those users that need the service the most.
It’s not only the right thing to do. Savvy product and service leaders know that designing and operating inclusive services will help their organisations grow their potential user base, drive up service adoption, and more effectively achieve their policy and business outcomes.
Join us for a discussion on inclusive services aimed at leaders and practitioners who want to understand what it means to design for inclusion, how to make the case for it, and how to make it happen.
The event will be hosted by Audree Fletcher (Director, Public Digital) and Connie van Zanten (Director, Public Digital).
We will be joined by a fantastic panel of guest speakers; Alistair Duggin (Principal Accessibility Specialist, TetraLogical), Julian Thompson (Founder and CEO, Rooted by Design) and Piali Das Gupta (Strategy Director, London's Future).
Please register for a ticket, and tell your colleagues about this event too! You’ll have the option to join us in-person at the fabulous Old Sessions House or via Zoom. For those joining us in person, you’re welcome to join us for optional drinks afterwards.
We hope to see you there!
