Norfolk & Suffolk Culture Board Summit

The Summit is a key part of the Board’s work; it is a day to celebrate, share, listen, challenge and plan with the sector. This year will focus on working with colleagues to play an active role in facing the challenges and opportunities that come with major regional change.

We will:

• Report back on our priorities on Environment and Health agreed at the 2024 Summit.

• Explore the challenges and opportunities for the culture sector as proposals are shaped for the current local government structure to be abolished, 6 new Unitary Authorities to be created and a Combined Mayoral Authority to be developed.

• Create space for colleagues to network and debate these issues together.

• Reflect on the need for action and cultural leadership in the region.

• Build a powerful, collaborative approach.
