Description

Welcome to 2022!

The Season Opener trial will be held at Tomahawk Ridge. This is a NMA points event.

All riders must pre register before 6pm Thursday, February 3rd. Spectators are welcome, there is no cost for spectators, but registration is required.

  • Group Check - Riders meeting 9:30am.
  • Tear down sign ups required, riders will not depart until volunteer spots are full
  • Spark arresters encouraged.
  • Trailers Welcome
  • Dry camping Friday/Saturday Night available

Tomahawk Ridge is Private Property. PST has been generously given use of the land for several seasons. Please help us be good stewards of this property, avoid driving through or parking in muddy areas. Please respect any areas of the pits that ribboned off to minimize our impact.

Please tally your score card at your vehicle once you have completed your ride. Make sure you bring a pen and a paper towel to dry and then fill out your score card. The marshal's table has become very crowded with people scoring their cards so we are trying to reduce the congestion. The Trials Marshal will re-tally all cards to confirm the correct score is recorded.

We are asking for everyone to pre-screen yourselves before coming to the event. This includes...

  • Take your temperature
  • Make sure you don’t have a cough
  • Don’t have shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • If you’ve had COVID-19 that you haven’t displayed symptoms for the last 10 days.

Here are some guidelines to help determine if you should attend this event. If you have any of these symptoms or don’t feel well we are asking that you respect others and not attend.

  • In the last 14 days, have you experienced any of the following flu-like symptoms:  Dry cough, Shortness of breath or other difficulty breathing, Fever >100 degrees F, Muscle aches or chills, New dizziness or headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell, Gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea).
  • In the last 2 weeks, have you been in contact with anyone confirmed COVID-19 positive or displaying respiratory or flu-like symptoms?

LOGISTICS:
Riders, please arrive between 8:00 am and 9:15 am and park in the designated area.

When you arrive proceed to the check in table and receive your punch card with your name/Class on it. It takes a huge amount of work to put on a trial. Please help lighten the Marshal's load by volunteering to tear down a section. There will be signups for tear down volunteers at check in. We recommend you bring your own 1/8 " punch, but there will be punches available for use during the event. We will be doing group check.

Once you have completed your ride, tally your scorecard at your vehicle, return to the check in table and drop your card in the tub provided along with any punches you borrowed from PST. They will be sanitized. We will re-tally your cards, posting the results on Facebook and our website.

Please practice social distancing. IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE STAY HOME! We will be offering entry fee refunds no later than the day of the event. (less booking fees). Just contact us and let us know as we do not offer refunds for no shows.

Only the persons registered for the event may attend. With COVID numbers at record highs we are returning to a rider only event without spectators. Hopefully this change will only be for this event. Thank you for your understanding

For us to continue holding events, these guidelines must be followed.

Registration closes at 6:00pm 2 days prior to the event.

The booking fee is to offset our cost to run registration via credit card and online.

Like most fun things in life you can get hurt riding motorcycles, even at low speed. PST strongly recommends, events should not be ridden if participant lacks personal insurance coverage.
