RESONATE - A Pulse x Cocréa Partner Dance Weekend Immersion

A 3-Day, 3-Night Embodied Dance Experience

TICKET PRICES

Our aim is to make this event as affordable as possible, while also incurring expenses to put on an incredible, holistic event in Sonoma County that pays the artists and organizers a fair rate.

The baseline cost per person is $400 and tickets are centered on that price. 

We are offering a limited number of tickets at a discount to reach for folx with reduced access to funds and for marginalized peoples (such as BIPOC & LGBTQIA+) who have systemic barriers to accumulating finances, and even further for the local PULSE community (living in Sebastopol or Santa Rosa).

And, some tickets are set at a price above our the baseline costs in order for those with more financial ease to create access for others, and to sustain this event.

$350 - Supported Ticket, limited to 10
$400 - Base Ticket  
$450 - Supporter Ticket (supports access for those with less financial resources)
$500 - Regenerator Ticket (supports access for others + supports local artists & organizers)

Please buy the ticket that reflects your financial context, as the low-income tickets are limited in number (and will sell out).

ACCOMMODATIONS (not included in weekend ticket)

There are four options for sleeping - please select one at checkout. Prices are for the whole weekend.

Farmhouse twin bed onsite, limited availability - $50
Farmhouse queen bed onsite, limited availability - $100
Camping (tent, car, RV) at adjacent property, 15 min walk or 1 min drive to venue - By donation (to host)
Staying locally offsite - Free (pending availability by local hosts that offer)

MEALS (not included in weekend ticket)

Full weekend Meal Ticket = $77
- Five meals provided: Dinners on Friday-Sunday and Brunches on Saturday-Sunday

Dinner Meat Ticket Add-on +$13
- Purchasing an additional ticket for meat gives the option to add ~1/3lb of Organic meat to all three dinners.

About the Caterer and what she will provide:
Using the best of the season's ingredients, Alyssum Revallo is a Sonoma County based chef who has been offering flavorful and deeply satisfying meals for the last 20 years. Find her most Tuesday and Wednesdays at The Casino, a cozy family friendly hometown bar and grill located in Bodega, CA, at The Occidental Arts and Ecology Center, or Catering local events.

Alyssum believes in the connection between healthy food, healthy individuals and a healthy planet. She says: “In addition to the care of how our food is grown, what makes food healthy is how much we enjoy eating our food. Our digestive system reacts to the information of our senses. There is romance in the tomato and power in the beet. Let us dance and celebrate the Earth beneath our feet!”

Every meal will be vegan based with the option to add animal products such as eggs and cheese. Specific dietary needs and restrictions will be taken into consideration for accommodating, but we can’t guarantee to make all meals be able to cover all needs, so reach out (or we may reach out) regarding your specific dietary needs.

We would love for as many meals to be shared as this is the most easeful arrangement for the container overall, and will allow us all to connect through shared meals and free up energy to learn and relax.

ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION BY ALL

Everyone attending is asked to contribute a minimum of 1-2 hours of time during the course of this weekend to help the container itself flow well.  This can include the recognizable, common and very needed community-supporting tasks, such as space setting/cleaning, meal prep, doing dishes, etc.

SOCIAL DANCER PASSES

Now available: $95/$120 (presale/at the door) for Friday, Saturday, and Saturday evening dancing only.

$40/$55 (presale/at the door) for Sunday only, which will be the closing celebration of the weekend, featuring Wren LaFeet and live performance by Honey of the Heart. We encourage participation in the Sunday Evening Feast ($20-25) starting at 5pm, plus the evening dance 7-10:15pm.
