Punk on the Peninsula Festival - 2027 - More Chaos on the Clyde

WOW, what a great10th year celebration of Chaos on the Clyde, you all rocked Dunoon and we're even better for Punk on the Peninsula for 2027. 

As we've said, what started as a wee idea for some friends from the punk scene.  I suggested they come and see the amazing scenery in Dunoon and why not put on a small festival together to celebrate them coming up.  It's now one of the top punk festivals in the UK and certainly the most scenic - what better than to be overlooking the Firth of Clyde and the amazing surrounding Argyll hillsides.   

So - let's kick off the next 10 years with an amazing bash in 2027, we're already well down the road with planning to make it even more special.

In 2026, we continued with the second stage and it was a huge success, so we'll be doing that again in 2027, a huge variety of bands with music playing continually throughout the festival.  As many of you know, the fun continues into the wee small hours in the nearby hostelries - and we'll be doing the same next year and a little bit more.

So if you've not already clocked it, t's the May Bank Holiday weekend 28th - 30th May 2027 and for most of us, the Monday holiday allows you that extra day before facing a return to work, school, college or university or just life.  Those of a certain age can spend a bit longer here and check out Argyll further.

If you've not already got it sorted, we'll be publishing further details on accommodation including nearby camping and motorhome facilities - those will be published well in advance.  But there is tonnes of accommodation including a large caravan holiday park with 150 rentable caravans on it within the town.

In the meantime, ticket-buyers can stay in control of their budgeting with our Buy Now and Pay Later option, enjoying the power to split their purchases across three (3) payments.
