Back to where it all started six whole years ago we aim to offer even more mirth (does an extra comedian count?) and full on chortling for the good denizens of Hassocks and surrounding suburbs (Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath....Brighton) with not three or 4 but 5 excellent comedians.  Plus it's first-timers the lot of them!!!

MC Mick Ferry

Our MC - Mick Ferry - is renowned as a fine purveyor of lugubrious surrealism and has quickly established himself as one of the most sought after comics on the British and International comedy circuit. One of the finest comperes around, Mick Ferry performs regularly at The Comedy Store in London and Manchester as well as headlining at comedy venues nationwide. He is also a regular member of the prestigious topical Cutting Edge Team at the Comedy Store. 

Dan Antopolski

Dan Antopolski has received Perrier Award Nominations both for Best Newcomer and Best Show. He also won the BBC New Comedy Award and in 2009 he won the Dave Best Joke Award. He has performed at the biggest international comedy festivals with appearances at Montreal, Melbourne and New York.

Mo Omar

Brand new to you .... our opener... Mo Omar.  Somali-born, Cardiff-raised and London Based, Mo is a fast-rising talent with a unique perspective. Winner of Leicester Square New Comedian Of the Year 2017 competition and semi-finalist in the So You Think You’re Funny & Amused Moose 2017 competitions. He was selected to perform in The Pleasance Comedy Reserve show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and he was a finalist in the BBC Introducing Radio 4 Comedy Award

Mystery Comedian - new, timid and scared of crowds? possibly but we won't find out until the night...now revealed as aDELE cLIFF - CURRENT pun champion of the UK 

Scott Bennett

and finally our headliner Scott Bennett
Yorkshire-born comic who was crowned Comedy Cellar New Act of the Year 2011, and runner-up of English Comedian Of The Year 2014. Now based in Nottingham, he was named Comics' Comic of 2020, after presenting a series of gigs from his garden shed during the Covid lockdown.
