In November 2022, Mick White—founder of the 100 Year Manifesto—had a spark of inspiration:

What if people gathered not just for coffee, but for something deeper?
Connection.
Conversation.
Community.
And most importantly… Purpose.

That idea became something bigger than an event. It became a community—a rhythm, a ritual, a reminder that we’re better when we come together with intention.

Now, on the first Friday of every month, people gather across the Twin Cities (and Rochester)—and soon, across the globe—for conversations that move us forward, friendships that ground us, and stories that remind us: we’re not alone on this journey.

Meet a few of the people fueling this movement:

☀️ Tricia Dege of Mom Mastermind lives and leads with intention—at home, at work, and in every community she touches. Her superpower? Creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and connected.
