In November 2022, Mick White—founder of the 100 Year Manifesto—had a spark of inspiration:
What if people gathered not just for coffee, but for something deeper?
Connection.
Conversation.
Community.
And most importantly… Purpose.
That idea became something bigger than an event. It became a community—a rhythm, a ritual, a reminder that we’re better when we come together with intention.
Now, on the first Friday of every month, people gather across the Twin Cities (and Rochester)—and soon, across the globe—for conversations that move us forward, friendships that ground us, and stories that remind us: we’re not alone on this journey.
Meet a few of the people fueling this movement:
☀️ Tricia Dege of Mom Mastermind lives and leads with intention—at home, at work, and in every community she touches. Her superpower? Creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and connected. Tricia hosts our Woodbury location.
☀️ Dawn Selle of Smith Baker shows up fully—encouraging others, sparking joy, and creating room for authentic, purpose-filled conversation. Her depth, intensity, and warmth is the kind that invites others to step up and step in. Dawn hosts our Saint Paul location.
☀️ Jeni Cleveland of OneDigital discovered through this community that aligning business with deeper meaning leads to both professional success and personal transformation. She leads with purpose and invites others to do the same. Jeni hosts our Minnetonka location.
☀️ Brent Rempe of First Alliance Credit Union embodies the spirit of purpose-fueled living—bringing people together, building meaningful connections, and doing good in the world, all grounded in purpose. Brent hosts our Rochester location.
☀️ Jason Birr of Fuze Recruiting brings quiet strength, thoughtful presence, and a deep belief in the power of community. Whether he’s behind the scenes or out front, Jason leads with heart and conviction. Jason hosts our Eden Prairie location.
☀️ Jessica Crooker of Life Time is a strategic people leader who turns talent challenges into opportunities for growth. With deep expertise in leadership development and culture transformation, she creates spaces where people thrive. Jessica hosts our Minneapolis location.
☀️ Ron Johnson of Crosstown HomeTeam is a thoughtful and grounded leader who brings wisdom, wit, and warmth to every gathering. With a background in sports broadcasting and real estate, he’s known for asking great questions, deep listening, and creating space for authentic connection. Ron hosts our Edina location.
☀️Jasmine Webber of Scouts Talent leads with integrity, generosity, and a deep commitment to meaningful connection. Whether she’s guiding finance professionals toward their next opportunity or creating space where others feel seen and heard, Jasmine brings warmth, wisdom, and heart to all she does. She hosts our Apple Valley location with grace and purpose.

Mick fills is as a host when necessary, but spends most of his time as the Visionary behind the scenes planning what's next for our Purpose Fueled Community.
