In November 2022, Mick White—founder of the 100 Year Manifesto—had a spark of inspiration:

What if people gathered not just for coffee, but for something deeper?
Connection.
Conversation.
Community.
And most importantly… Purpose.

That idea became something bigger than an event. It became a community—a rhythm, a ritual, a reminder that we’re better when we come together with intention.

Now people gather across the Twin Cities for conversations that move us forward, friendships that ground us, and stories that remind us: we’re not alone on this journey.

Meet a few of the people fueling this movement:

☀️ Jim Martin of Perficient brings candidness, encouragement, and a deep belief in the power of community. Whether he’s behind the scenes or out front, Jim leads with humility, goodness and conviction.  Jim hosts our Eden Prairie location.
