The qualification is valid for a total of 3 years, and is taken online (using zoom) for a mixture of group teaching and individual assessment *
Who is this course for?
- Anyone who wishes to know a little more about mental health, how to have a supportive conversation with someone who is struggling, and how to signpost further appropriate help and support
The course is designed to be of particular use to those who do not wish to qualify as a First Aider for Mental Health (perhaps because their place of work has already trained and appointed staff in this capacity).
