We understand the importance of regular checks to make sure our cars are fit for purpose, and maybe - just maybe - we might have a yearly physical health check up... but what about our mental health?

Andy has lived experience of poor and low mental health and wellbeing, and years of experience of wrestling with what can help or hurt as we put the work in to improve and maintain our wellbeing.

Topics discussed in previous sessions* have included:

How can I gauge my anxiety levels?

I'm tired all the time, what can I do?

Is there a balance to work and life?

Managing my resources for personal wellbeing

(* we are always happy to revisit any of these if that would help you!)

Andy Campbell (Qawah Coaching) hosts these free regular drop-in sessions, where we think about our mental fitness routines and identify where extra work might be useful. No judgement here - just a recognition that intentional practice is likely to bring rich rewards.

Spaces are limited - and must be booked at least 30 minutes ahead of commencement.

The drop-in events happen on different days and times, to accommodate as many schedules as practical.

There is no charge to attend, although a contribution towards the work of Qawah Coaching is always welcome. (Any donations will help subsidise coaching and training for those who might otherwise struggle to access these).

What others have said about this drop-in:

A good excuse to stop and think about how I am looking after myself (or not), and what I can do to improve things - Marc

Andy creates a judgement-free space for me to honestly reflect on how I am doing - Paul

I have no excuse to let things slide anymore - these quick check-ins are invaluable - Katy
