Free event

Tues 16th June at 11.45am,  Thurs 17th Sept at 11.45am,  Mon 14th Dec at 4.15pm

Andy Campbell (Qawah Coaching) hosts these free regular drop-in sessions. This is a chance to learn a little about what coaching is, and how it might be able to help you personally and professionally.

Andy is a qualified and accredited (EMCC) coach, who works with individuals and groups to help them increase their capacity to help themselves and others. He has written two Grove Booklets: Using Coaching in Youth Work and Keys to Well-being in Youth Ministry.

Topics discussed in previous sessions* have included:

What on earth is coaching?

Is there a difference between coaching and therapy?

How do I find the right coach?

Are all coaches the same?

(* we are always happy to revisit any of these if that would help you!)

Spaces are limited - and must be booked at least 30 minutes ahead of commencement.

There is no charge to attend, although a contribution towards the work of Qawah Coaching is always welcome. (Any donations will help subsidise coaching and training for those who might otherwise struggle to access these).

What others have said about this drop-in:

I thought I knew what coaching was, and it was encouraging to find out where I was both right and wrong - Kathy

A useful chance to see if coaching might be right for me - Steve

A chat with Andy helped me understand what to look for in a coach, and how to find the right one for me - Nick
