*FREE* Introduction to First Aid for Mental Health

Multiple dates and times Online, Zoom

Free event

Fri 20th November at 4.15pm,

2027:  Tues 16th February at 4.15pm

Andy Campbell (Qawah Coaching) hosts these free regular drop-in sessions. This is a chance to learn a little what First Aid for Mental Health is, and how it might impact and assist you personally and professionally.

Andy has many years experience of working in the youth and education sectors, and is a trainer of accredited courses in First Aid for Mental Health (see here for more information on the courses available). He has lived experience of poor mental health, including personally and as a carer

Topics discussed in previous sessions* have included:

Which course would be best for me or my organisation?

Busting some myths about mental health

How can I support others better?

Is it a legal requirement for organisations to have trained personnel in this?

(* we are always happy to revisit any of these if that would help you!)

Spaces are limited - and must be booked at least 30 minutes ahead of commencement.

There is no charge to attend, although a contribution towards the work of Qawah Coaching is always welcome. (Any donations will help subsidise coaching and training for those who might otherwise struggle to access these).
