Mastering Move 3: Choreographing Engaged Encounters in EFIT
Join renowned ICEEFT Trainer Ali Barbosa, Founder and Director of the Mexican Center for EFT, alongside ICEEFT Supervisor Jeff Scott, President Emeritus of the Northern Utah Emotionally Focused Therapy Community, for an engaging and highly practical 4-hour workshop dedicated to one of the most essential—and often challenging—elements of the EFT Tango: Move 3.
Many therapists understand the importance of deepening emotion but can feel uncertain about how to effectively expand, shape, and sustain these moments in session. This interactive training will help you develop greater confidence and flexibility in identifying emotional handles, deepening client experience, and responding creatively when the process stalls.
Through clinical examples, discussion, and practical guidance, you'll learn how to move beyond a limited repertoire of interventions and use a wider range of Move 3 options to facilitate meaningful emotional engagement and lasting change in your EFIT work.
What You'll Gain
* A deeper understanding of the purpose and power of Move 3 in the EFT Tango
* Greater confidence in identifying and working with emotional handles
* Practical strategies for deepening and expanding emotional experience
* A broader repertoire of Move 3 interventions and responses
* Skills to stay emotionally attuned, flexible, and responsive when sessions become stuck
* Enhanced ability to create transformative emotional encounters that support lasting change
Whether you're newer to EFIT or looking to refine your clinical artistry, this workshop will provide concrete tools and fresh perspectives to help you navigate Move 3 with greater confidence, creativity, and impact.
