Qigong for Life offers both online and in-person qigong classes. Classes are suitable for everyone, of all ages, regardless of physical condition or experience. We practice seated, standing, and sometimes lying down. For maximum benefit, come with an open mind, heart, and willingness to learn. Classes are appropriate for beginners and continuing students. 

Online classes are conducted via Zoom and in-person classes are held at the Elfin Forest Qigong Studio in northern San Diego county. Links for online classes and directions will be sent once tickets are purchased.
