This is a SINGLE TICKET for one 7-Day Gong Breathing Exercises for Boosting Immunity class:
Classes take place daily from Saturday, November 16 - Friday, November 22, 2024 • 7:30-8:30am PT • Zoom
Join us for a week of morning breathing practice together to give yourself a boost before winter. Committing to 7 days of practice is a powerful way to find balance and connection with ourselves before the holidays get underway. All classes include warm up movement and guided meditation, however the focus will be on the qigong breathing exercises. Classes are appropriate for all levels of experience.
You will Experience and Receive:

• Theory/philosophy for deeper understanding

Your registration includes recordings of each class so you can attend anytime, or review and practice on your own schedule. Everyone is welcome to attend.
