1. Registration and Payment — Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Your registration is confirmed once payment is processed.
2. Refund Policy — Refunds are available only for cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event, regardless of reason. Please ensure your availability before enrolling.

Changes or Cancellation by Organiser — In rare cases of course postponement or cancellation by Anthony Monteith or Qi Life Academy, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future date. The organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
