The Final Review: Hamilton NJ

The Final Review is a practical estimating profitability seminar built for collision repair professionals who want to stop leaving thousands on the table. Most shops do not know whether a job actually made money until it is too late. This session is designed to help attendees tighten the final review process, identify missed opportunities, and protect margin on every RO.

Throughout the session, attendees will work through the key areas that most directly affect profitability: real-time RO reviews, final bill and photo review, supplement negotiation, profit leaks and documentation, labor categories and markup, and liability and insurer overreach. The focus is practical, shop-ready application rather than theory.

We will review real examples, discuss where dollars are commonly lost, and show how stronger documentation, clearer review standards, and better negotiation discipline can improve results. Dinner is included, and registration is required due to limited seating.
