What to Expect:

30–45 Minute Guided Orientation + Q&A:
The experience will begin with a guided orientation & open Q&A led by Center Directors Dom Campbell & Jay Vince-Cruz. This interactive portion gives Members the opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity, and better understand how The Light System technology and the Quantum Light Room environment are designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and whole-body balance. Hearing directly from the directors offers valuable context and insight, helping participants feel informed, comfortable, and supported before entering the immersive session.

Immersive Light System Session:
Following the orientation, participants will transition into a full experience within the Quantum Light Room.  During this session, you'll be relaxed in a zero-gravity reclining chair allowing the body and nervous system ample time to unwind, adapt, and respond—supporting a deeper state of rest, integration, and recalibration.

We recommend that you bring the following:
- Light blanket, sweater, or jacket - as the body temp can drop and feel colder than it really is as the body relaxes in the room.  
- Dress for comfort! 
- Water bottle. Staying hydrated is important!  (Please refrain from brining a plastic bottle that makes crinkly sounds when you drink from it.  Glass bottles are best, as the water in the bottle will get well charged by The Light System technology).
