Please arrive no later than 6:45 PM for check-in and to get settled.

About Crystal Bowl Sound Baths:
Sound healing or Sound baths are an immersive experience taking place within The Light System technology allows one to experience the benefits of both light and sound frequencies and vibrations.

Crystal singing bowls are used to help members enter into a meditative state through sound.

This 90 minute experience will take you on a journey that soothes your soul and clears space for a healing shift.

Sound bath immersion is not recommended for those with:
