CognoFlow: A Sunday Morning Reset - in The Quantum Light Room

Step into your Sunday with intention, clarity, and embodied transformation. CognoFlow is a 2-hour group experience in the Quantum Light Room designed to gently awaken your system, release stuck patterns, and elevate your energetic state—so you step into your week renewed and grounded.

We begin with guided breathwork to calm the nervous system and open the body as a receptive channel for transformation. This prepares you for a focused 30-45 minute Cognomovement session, where we address energetic blocks, emotional patterns, or specific intentions through the unique somatic and neurological techniques of Cognomovement.

From there, the session flows into a spacious and nourishing energy enhancement experience where you integrate the energy work for the remainder of the 2-hour experience.

Each session is held in a supportive group container where you are guided every step of the way. Whether you’re looking to reset emotionally, shift long-standing patterns, or simply connect more deeply with yourself, CognoFlow offers a powerful and holistic way to align body, mind, and energy. These sessions are facilitated by Annette Villaverde and/or Jay Vince-Cruz.

Event Time: 10 am - 12 pm - Note: Please arrive by 9:45 am to check-in and get settled.

EARLY BIRD RESERVATION CONTRIBUTION RATE UNTIL Sept 13, 2026:  $88 per seat.
General Reservation Contribution Rate After Sept 13:  $120 per seat
(This is an incredible value...normally 2 hours in the Quantum Light Room is $150 alone)

We recommend for you to bring the following:
- Light blanket (if you tend to get cold easily)
- Water bottle
- Dress is relaxed & comfortable

In the event of a closure do to inclement weather, the event will be postponed to another date. Inclement weather announcements will be finalized no later than 8 am Sunday morning and emailed to the email provided on your reservation. All Reservations will automatically roll to the postponed date.
