Unwind with a Restorative Yoga class led by Samantha King of Shape Up Altus, designed to melt away stress and leave you feeling refreshed. The session will conclude with a soothing meditation and Savasana, followed by a well-deserved glass of wine of your choice. 🍷🧘‍♀️
