Kuk Sool Won Self Defense Class

Please join us for a 3-4 hour seminar for 20 participants! This will entail the use of physical techniques against padded assailants. Deposit is required to make this event happen!

About the Instructor:

The class will be guided and led by a certified self-defense instructor who was the former chair of the American woman's self defense association. He founded and taught a woman's self defense program at the University of Colorado for over 20 years. He is also a 3rd degree black belt with a master's degree in psychology.

While the majority of his history is with woman's self defense, it is not exclusionary or gendered in that way. Anyone can and will benefits from this seminar!

Context:

The seminar is made for 20 people, if we do not get 20 people we cannot make the event happen. This event is for queer people and allies.
