After a packed summer, Queer Pilates Club is back with the first of three fall sessions β kicking things off strong for Volume 003. Get ready to sweat it out with Sean Def leading a full-body 50-minute class.
Expect a high-energy, low-pressure environment designed to help you move, connect, and feel good β whether youβre a pilates pro or stepping onto the mat for the first time.

Things to Know
β’ Doors open at 1:00 PM, class begins at 1:30 PM β arrive on time! Come early to mix and mingle.
β’ Arrive dressed + ready to move β there is one all-gender bathroom on-site.
β’ Bring a full water bottle (refill station provided, no single-use bottles).
β’ If you sweat a lot, consider bringing your own full towel or mat towel β weβll provide one small towel per station.
β’ Snacks + drinks + merch available for purchase post-class.
β’ The vibe is chill, welcoming, and affirming β come as you are.
