After a packed summer, Queer Pilates Club is back with the first of three fall sessions β€” kicking things off strong for Volume 003. Get ready to sweat it out with Sean Def leading a full-body 50-minute class.

Expect a high-energy, low-pressure environment designed to help you move, connect, and feel good β€” whether you’re a pilates pro or stepping onto the mat for the first time.


What’s Included

Things to Know

β€’ Doors open at 1:00 PM, class begins at 1:30 PM β€” arrive on time! Come early to mix and mingle.
β€’ Arrive dressed + ready to move β€” there is one all-gender bathroom on-site.
β€’ Bring a full water bottle (refill station provided, no single-use bottles).
β€’ If you sweat a lot, consider bringing your own full towel or mat towel β€” we’ll provide one small towel per station.
β€’ Snacks + drinks + merch available for purchase post-class.
β€’ The vibe is chill, welcoming, and affirming β€” come as you are.
β€’ Class 1:30–2:20 PM | Social 2:20–3:30 PM
