Emerge - Underwater Breathwork
Join Fally Klein for Emerge, an Azamra one-day event for women, happening in Toms River, NJ.
Address will be emailed in the days leading up to the event.
Emerge is a day of water, breath, body, and return.
Before there was form, there was water. Before there was language, there was breath.
Before the world came into being, the spirit of Hashem hovered over the face of the waters.
Somewhere inside us, beneath all the noise and names and roles and stories, there is still a place that remembers.
A place before performance. Before protection. Before proving. Before the body learned how to brace. Before the soul forgot how held it already was.
Emerge is an invitation back to that place.
To the water before creation. To the womb before striving. To the mikvah before reentry. To the hidden place where transformation happens quietly, deeply, and all the way down.
The water knows secrets the mind has never been able to tell.
It knows what you have carried. It knows what you have survived. It knows what you are ready to release. It knows how to hold what is too old, too sacred, or too wordless to explain.
When we enter the water with breath, with willingness, with reverence, something ancient begins to move.
Something softens. Something returns. Something that was waiting beneath the surface rises.
Emerge Highlights
Reclaim
Reclaim what has always been yours. The parts of you that got buried under responsibility, survival, grief, strength, and all the ways you learned to keep going. Your power. Your clarity. Your voice. Your body. Your life. Your place in the story.
Realign
Return to the quiet truth inside you. The place that knows what is yours, what is no longer yours, and what is ready to be born through you now. This is a recalibration from the deepest place, where vision becomes less about chasing and more about remembering.
Reset
Through immersive breathwork in the water, your body is invited into a deep nervous system reset. Held in the water, supported by breath, you’ll have the chance to meet yourself beneath the surface and emerge from a truer, more rooted place.
Lunch and refreshments provided.

The Invitation
Emerge is a one-day, full-body return.
A day to enter the water.
To breathe. To be held. To be brought beneath the surface, literally and spiritually, into the place where the body remembers what the mind cannot organize.
There is something ancient about water.
Something before words. Something before wounds. Something purer than any story we try to tell.
In Torah, water is there at the beginning.
Hashem is there over the water, before the world takes shape.
Before separation. Before land. Before names. Before anything is asked to become anything.
Water holds the mystery of what exists before form.
It's the womb.
It's mikvah.
It's the place of becoming.
It's the place where something ends without needing to be destroyed.
It is the place where something begins before it can be explained.
And this is the work of Emerge.
To enter the water as you are.
With the parts of you that are tired of carrying everything alone.
And to allow something deeper than your thinking mind to meet you there.
This is for the ones who’ve been asking,
“What’s next?”
“What’s mine?”
“What am I ready to become?”
“What have I been carrying that I no longer need to take with me?”
“What would happen if I stopped bracing and let myself be held?”
The answer may not arrive as a sentence.
It may arrive as breath.
As tears. As laughter. As silence. As a tremor in the body. As a knowing. As a tiny holy shift that changes the way you stand inside your own life.
Immersive breathwork is the portal. The water is the witness. Your body is the doorway.
And Hashem is there too, hovering over the face of the waters, waiting to co-create your future.

Is one day enough for me to have a breakthrough?
I’m not a fan of breakthroughs.
I’m a believer in movement.
And not even dramatic movement.
I’m a believer in the smallest possible shifts. The tiny inner movements that are actually attainable and sustainable. The kind your nervous system can trust. The kind your life can hold.
Sometimes one day is enough to touch the place inside you where change becomes possible.
And that is not small.
Do I need to know how to swim? How do we breathe underwater?
Not at all.
Breathwork is done with snorkels in shallow water. Breathers are supported by partners and foam floaters the entire time.
You are fully supported.
What if I feel claustrophobic?
You can breathe face up, floating on your back, without the snorkel.
The point is to listen to your body.
There are options, support, and gentleness built into the experience.
What will we be doing for eight hours?
A significant part of the day will be our two breathing sessions.
In one session, you will be the breather in the water.
In the other, you will support a partner.
Both experiences are powerful.
It’s always hard to say who receives more. The breather or the support.
Luckily, you won’t have to choose.
The immersive breathwork experience will take place in the afternoon.
The morning will include powerful teaching, reflection, and guided inner work to help you understand the subconscious structures you have been living inside of, and what is ready to be released, reclaimed, and realigned as you step into the next chapter of your life.
